Investment & Payment Options
At Extraordinaire Affairs, we offer structured payment options designed to provide flexibility while maintaining a seamless planning experience.
Clients may choose to:
- Pay in full at the time of booking, or
- Secure their event date with a non-refundable retainer and pay the remaining balance through scheduled installments
Available installment options include:
- Weekly
- Bi-weekly
- Monthly
All payment schedules are established at booking and outlined in your service agreement.
Final payment is required prior to the event date.
Payment flexibility is offered for convenience — not at the expense of quality, service, or execution.
Booking & Availability
To ensure the highest level of service and design quality, we recommend booking a minimum of six (6) weeks in advance.
Availability for events booked with less than six weeks’ notice is limited and subject to approval.
Service Area
Extraordinaire Affairs provides event décor services throughout the state of Georgia.
A travel fee of $1.25 per mile (round trip) applies to all events, regardless of location.
Travel fees are calculated based on the event address and confirmed prior to booking.
Event Location Requirements
To maintain the quality, safety, and integrity of our designs, Extraordinaire Affairs provides décor services for indoor events only.
- Outdoor events are not accepted nor offered
- Setups under tents, gazebos, canopies, or open-air structures are not permitted
Clients may book our services before securing a venue; however, an indoor event location must be secured prior to the event date in order for setup to proceed.
Failure to secure an approved indoor location may result in the inability to complete setup, with no refunds issued.
Event location details must be finalized prior to the event date and are subject to approval.
